We provide training to those who are interested in beginning a rewarding career in home health care, and accept applications from those who are already trained as Home Health Aides or certified as LPN’s or RN’s.

You will need the following in order to apply to Nightingale:
- Current Driver's License
- Current Car Insurance
- Social Security Card, Work Permit, or Alien Card
- Home Health Aide Certificate of 75 hours or more
- HIV Initial Certificate (2-4 hours) and HIV Update for Current Year
- Current Physical (less than six months from hire date)
- In-services for Current Year for CNA’s
- Functional Ability Screening (arranged by Nightingale at time of employment)
- Current CPR Certification
In addition to the above requirements, we also require an interview, a background check, and a drug screening for all new associates.
