Client Advocacy/Care Management
Nightingale’s Care Managers can provide written updates on client progress for attorneys, trust officers, powers of attorney, and designated family members. Getting an update about your loved one is only a phone call away no matter where you live. This service provides the total supervision that many clients need to remain at home safely.

Skilled Nursing
Our highly skilled RN’s and LPN’s assist with medication management, wound care, pain management, and extended nursing care. They can also coordinate the client’s care with other members of their healthcare team, including accompanying clients to physician appointments or procedures.

Home Health Aides
Home Health Aides provide hands on services such as bathing, feeding, and medication reminders and are supervised by a registered nurse. Home Health Aides can also take vital signs and assist clients with transferring into/out of bed or moving about the home.

Companions
Nightingale's companions can help keep you or a loved one active and independent. Our trained companions can assist with activities such as transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and grocery shopping.
